CORPORATE SOCIAL INVESTMENT

Lutendo Group , as a corporate entity, fully values the fact that it operates from within and without an environment which is people oriented and therefore has adopted a responsible citizenship approach in all its operations. Through these ideals, LPG seeks to achieve not only development and upliftment of the people within LPG, but also the communities it serves. 
Within these ideals the company endeavors to address many of the unique imbalances and challenges facing communities.
 
In closing, the policy is about LPG’s commitment to ensuring a brighter future for all. It is about the company’s continuing effort to make a difference in the lives of the people of South Africa through our commitment to upliftment, innovative, sustainable development solutions, and responsible corporate citizenship.

MALEMATI PRIMARY SCHOOL (Limpopo)

According to village the school was established in 1935 by Mr Mathews Phillimon Motsamai Mphahlele together with reverend Louw. The school was situated at Legateng Mekopereng not far from Mpatakgowa shop. The building served as a church and a school. During the week learners attended school and on Sunday the building served as a church. The school enrols about 755 leaners and has identified 204 orphan and vulnerable children from whom some from the above are from child headed families.
 
Lutendo Property Group has through the Lutendo Foundation adopted Malemati Primary School as one of the organizations they will support.
To-date, the Lutendo Foundation has already handed out some school shoes to the learner at this school working towards helping them even more in the near future.

Tshikwarani Young Adults

The group was formed out of a burning vision Mulambilu Madonsela. With the target of assisting those in dire need and negatively affected by the covid-19 pandemic lockdown regulations. With assistance from the “Tshikwarani Young Adults” WhatsApp group members, the following was gathered; we managed to receive R 10 373 of donations, of which all of it was used for the purchase of food parcels deemed necessary for the affected communities. Nutshell also contributed towards the course.
