He is an accomplished Professional Valuer and Managing Director with over 18 years of experience in property and asset valuations. Currently pursuing a BCom Hons in Property Valuation and Management at the University of Johannesburg, he holds an Advanced Diploma in Real Estate from the same institution.

As the founder of Lutendo Group in 2012, Tsietsi leads a team delivering high-quality valuations for major financial institutions and government institutions, including Standard Bank of South Africa, First National Bank, Land Bank, Hollard Group, and others.

His leadership extends to various boards, such as City of Tshwane Municipality, City of Joburg Municipality, Midvaal Municipality, and the Black Management Forum Tshwane MANCO, demonstrating his commitment to entrepreneurship and business growth.

Tsietsi’s entrepreneurial prowess, strategic planning skills, and deep industry expertise make him a valuable asset in the real estate and business community.

Madonsela

Commercial and Operations Director

She is a skilled Commercial Director, holding a BTech in Quantity Surveying from the University of Johannesburg and currently pursuing an MBA at the Gordon Institute of Business Science.

With a career spanning over 17 years in Building Construction, Renewable Energy, and property valuations. Catherine brings extensive experience in Commercial, Contract and Project Management.

Her proficiency includes business operations, insurance valuations, financial management, strategy and forecasting, business development, marketing, and overseeing human resources.

Catherine’s diverse expertise highlights her leadership in both technical and strategic aspects, making her a valuable asset in the property and construction sectors.
